METHOD	Most automated fold recognition methods from CAFASP picked out

METHOD	This choice seemed plausbile due to the Mg-ATP binding motif present
METHOD	both in the target sequence and the template.  Also, the sequence analysis
METHOD	studies by Koonin (Science, V275 1489 (1997)) and Walker and Willows
METHOD	(Biochem J (1997) 327, 321-333) on ATPases and Mg-Chelatases, respectively,
METHOD	have concluded that Mg-Chelatases and DNA-dependent ATPases share
METHOD	common Mg-ATP binding motif. The alignments from GENTHREADER (Jones et al)
METHOD	and 3D-PSSM (Sternberg et al) were examined, and further manual
