REMARK We think this C-terminal domain (131-) is a coiled-coil.  It is
REMARK difficult to say if and where the turns are between the helices,
REMARK so it is rather arbitrary in this prediction.
METHOD The target sequence was blasted against all known proteins, each
METHOD reasonable hit was blasted against the sequence of all the proteins
METHOD in the PDB.  The top reasonable hits to a PDB were used as a model.
METHOD clustalw_mp did alignment between the PDB sequence and the target,
METHOD which was modified by hand to keep the gaps in the turns.
