METHOD  This prediction is based upon structural recognition, using the
METHOD  region 3-87 from the target, aligned to the N-terminus of chain H 
METHOD  of structure 1iif.  The structural threading is based upon
METHOD  hydrophobic contacts.  Although not an input to the recognition
METHOD  program, the secondary structure of this alignment agrees fairly
METHOD  well with the PHD prediction (all beta).  There is no disulfide
METHOD  bond in this model.  Furthermore, we expect that it is likely 
METHOD  that some rearrangement of the structure occur, especially that
METHOD  a region close to the N-terminus would hydrogen bond with residues
METHOD  34-39, forming a parallel beta sheet.
