METHOD ( Altschul et al,1997, Nucleic Acids Res. 25:3389-3402.) GenThreader 
METHOD and mGenThreader and PrISM (Yang & Honig 1999).

METHOD 2] T0113, 2HSD, and 1FMC all catalyze the same reaction but on 
METHOD different substrates.

METHOD 3] Lastly, since it was reported that T0113 was solved by molecular 
METHOD replacement using 2HSD as the model protein it seemed resonable to 
METHOD use it as the template for modeling T0113.

METHOD ALIGNMENT 
METHOD The alignment was produced using PrISM's sequence to Structure 
METHOD alignment, and using PrISM's anchor mode, which allowed the 
METHOD preservation of active site and cofactor binding residues.

METHOD A model was built with Modeller4.0 (Sali & Blundell, 1993)
METHOD using 2HSD as the templat.  
METHOD The sidechains were refined with SCAP (Xiang & Honig, 2000)
METHOD and the loops were refined using the colony energy 
METHOD algorithm (Xiang & Honig, 2000). 
METHOD 
METHOD The models were compared using TROLL scoring function 
METHOD (Petrey & Honig 2000) and the best scoring models 
METHOD were selected.
