METHOD idea that proteins may co-evolve with their interaction partners.
METHOD The neurotoxin 1vpi was chosen as the most suitable template.

METHOD Models were built using Modeller4.0 (Sali & Blundell,1994)     
METHOD and loops were refined using colony energy (Xiang & Honig).            
METHOD The models were compared using TROLL (Petrey & Honig)           
METHOD energy function and the best scoring model is submitted.
