METHOD  
METHOD Prediction was made with the stochastic perturbation potential energy 
METHOD minimization algorithm described in [1,2]. This was used to minimize an 
METHOD objective function consisting of the AMBER potential energy plus terms 
METHOD approximating solvation energy plus "biassing" terms that steer 
METHOD the minimization towards predicted secondary structure.
METHOD Predictions of secondary structure were made using the PsiPred 
METHOD prediction server. The submitted prediction is the structure
METHOD corresponding to the lowest energy found by our optimization approach.
