METHOD  This prediction is based upon structural recognition, based upon
METHOD  counting the number of hydrophobic contacts and on scoring the 
METHOD  energy with a modified Miyazawa-Jernigan matrix.  The structural
METHOD  threading used here included an exhaustive search for single
METHOD  insertion or deletion regions.  We have aligned the target
METHOD  with residue A273 of the PDB file 1bk5.  The alignment
METHOD  includes a one residue insertion into the target sequence,
METHOD  which improves the threading scores significantly.
METHOD
METHOD  All atom models were generated using the MaxSprout Server (L. Holm,
METHOD  C. Sander (1991) J. Mol. Biol. 218:183-194), using the CA positions
METHOD  from the coarse grained model. Further relaxation was performed using
METHOD  the Crystallography & NMR System (Acta Cryst. (1998) D54, 905-921).
