METHOD   Databank searching in the nr database of the NCBI using PSI-Blast until

METHOD   The PDB sequence having the best E-value is taken as the template.
METHOD   We make two sets of sequences. The first one with the 50 most similar
METHOD   sequences and the second one contains a set of non redundant sequences.
METHOD   The two sets are submitted to 6 multiple alignment programs (ClustalW,

METHOD   For each of the 14 alignments, we

METHOD   pairwise alignment between target and template from the 14 pairwise
METHOD   alignments and the pairwise alignment from PSI-BLAST.
METHOD   The consensus alignment is then submitted to MODELLER 4 to build
