METHOD  FUGUE assigned a significant Z-score to the alignment between the target
METHOD  and the template structures (1tum). The homology was also
METHOD  recognized by other fold recognition methods on CAFASP2 server.
METHOD
METHOD  FUGUE has been used to produce initial sequence-structure alignment,
METHOD  which was tuned manually afterwards. The sequence similarity is low (less
METHOD  than 20%). Sequence homologues have been collected by PSI-BLAST. Such
METHOD  information, together with secondary structure prediction, was used to
METHOD  guide the modification of the alignment.
METHOD
METHOD  MODELLER4 was used to build the initial model. PROSAII and JOY were used
METHOD  to validate the model and the alignment was adjusted accordingly. The new
METHOD  alignment was then supplied to MODELLER4 again. This procedure continued
METHOD  until a satisfactory alignment and model were obtained.

METHOD  Loop regions were then removed from the model and re-bulit by CODA. Side-
METHOD  chains were removed and re-bulit by SCWRL.
