METHOD 
METHOD Basic FASTA search identified the relation of calmodulin family with the 
METHOD target. Recursive FASTA (database searching with homologous sequences) 
METHOD gave E-score as low as 7.8E-06 for the target to protein 1cmf. Active  
METHOD site residues were aligned perfect in the second calcium-bind loop, and 
METHOD also very well in the first calcium-bind loop. Secondary structure 
METHOD prediction conforms to the aligned structure in most residues. The  
METHOD C-terminal fragment can not find homologous sequence in the PDB, so it 
METHOD is not included in the model.
