METHOD  This structure of casp3 target t0061  was generated with

METHOD  (http://www-mp.informatik.uni-mannheim.de/groups/ga/molego.html). 
METHOD  This program uses a branch and bound algorithm to search for  
METHOD  low energy structures.  
METHOD  MOLEGO uses a library of backbone building blocks. Each building  
METHOD  block represents several amino acids of a protein backbone. 
METHOD  The used scoring function is a contact potential. It is based 
METHOD  on the 25 atom types and Van der Waals radii described 
METHOD  in: Ai-Jun Li, Ruth Nussinov: PROTEINS, 32: 111-127 (1998) . 
METHOD  Possible side chain conformations were taken from a rotamer library  
METHOD  given in Ponder, Richards: J.Mol.Biol. 193, 775-791 (1987).  
METHOD  The search of model 1 of target 61 was restricted using consensus 
METHOD  results from secondary structure predictions given by the JPRED 
METHOD  server. 
METHOD  Amino acids 1 to 6, 19 to 24, 31 to 42, 61 to 84 
METHOD  were restricted to alpha helix type building blocks. 
METHOD  The sulphur atoms of the cysteine residues 18 and 66 were 
METHOD  constrained to have a distance lower than 5 Angstrom.
