METHOD T0061 sequence was threaded on the structure library composed of PDB rel. 83  
METHOD by using several threading methods. 1ngr obtained good score by different  
METHOD threaders. Compatibility of 1ngr and T0061 was relatively good in the  
METHOD inverse-folding search also. Accepting to the results of the secondary  
METHOD structure prediction, we deduced the target was alpha-type, which  
METHOD coincides with the 1ngr structure.
