METHOD Initial search performed against target sequence using GCG. 
METHOD Parent (1SSP) selected on basis of sequence identity, number of insertions 
METHOD and deletions. Alignment was adjusted manually to optimally  
METHOD position insertions and deletions in surface loops.

METHOD Initial model generated by combining the target sequence with the

METHOD New atoms and all hydrogens built using AMMP. New atoms were
