REMARK Work done in Prof. M. Levitt lab. and under his supervision. 
METHOD ~10,000 models were generated for each of T0056, 
METHOD dnab_syny3 and dnab_odosi. 
METHOD The models were generated by  
METHOD minimization  in torsion space of random conformations,  
METHOD using the program ENCAD by M. Levitt.  Cooperative  
METHOD H-bond,hydrophobic and hydrophilic terms were added to  
METHOD the standard ENCAD potential. The submited models are  
METHOD both low in energy and similar to low energy models of  
METHOD the homologous proteins
