METHOD PSI-BLAST searches.  The secondary structure prediction posted on the   
METHOD JPRED server was therefore used in a MAP search.  The top hits were  
METHOD alpha/beta proteins and the size of the GlmE protein suggested that  
METHOD the best template would be a TIM barrel.  Using this template leaves  
METHOD a large N-terminal domain unassigned.  This domain is predicted to be  
METHOD all helical.  The match between GlmE and the template was made by   
METHOD maximum overlap of secondary structure segments.
