METHOD     We first carried out PSI-BLAST searche, but could not find 
METHOD 	   convincing homologs from PDB 
METHOD  
METHOD     Then we adopted the following steps to identify 
METHOD 	   template and then to model the target. 
METHOD   
METHOD (1) We predicted the secondary structure prediction 
METHOD     using PHD server  
METHOD (2) Then we used  UCLA-FOLD recognition server (GON+SSTRUC) to 
METHOD     get an idea about the known PDB structures with similar 
METHOD     secondary structural arrangements. 
METHOD (3) Combining the information from (1) and (2) we concluded that 
METHOD     the target is a two domain protein with domain boundaries  
METHOD     as follows: N-terminal domain: 1-110 and C-terminal domain: 
METHOD     153-367 and the domain linker 111-152 
METHOD (4) The PDB structure which gave the best Z-score (1a2o) was selected 
METHOD	   for examination  
METHOD (5) Sequence alignment of 1a2o with the target was carried out  
METHOD	   using ClustalX. 
METHOD (6) The sequence alignment from (4) was used to as the input 
METHOD     for JOY program to combine secondary structural information 
METHOD     of both target and template 
METHOD (7) The alignment was refined manually to get an optimal  
METHOD     alignment of the secondary structural elements and some 
METHOD     of the structural features like residues with +phi, 
METHOD     buried residues. 
METHOD (8) The alignment was used for modelling using MODELLER4 
METHOD (9) Model with the best -Ln(Molecular pdf) score was used for  
METHOD	   model evaluation using PROSA, PROCHECK and COMPARER 
METHOD 
METHOD (9) We repeated steps (6),(7) and (8) untill a satisfactory 
METHOD     model was obtained.
