METHOD  Structures assembled from fragments with similar local

METHOD for two segments found to recurr in MC simulation

METHOD segment was modelled in using predicted secondary structure 
METHOD (PHD). The C-terminus was not predicted. 
METHOD Sidechains were added for the high-confidence fragments and 
METHOD using Dunbrack's method, and an in-house torsion space energy 
METHOD minimizer was used to remove bumps. The low-confidence 
METHOD regions were not energy minimized nor was the docking.
