SEQALN is similar to the Needleman and Wunsch algorithm. The following
SEQALN sequence conservation sets were used: (ala met val ile leu),
SEQALN (thr ser), (glu asp), (gln asn), (phe trp), and (lys arg).
SEQALN The alignment was then adjusted to preserve regions of secondary
