REMARK WHAT_CHECK was used to analyse the model. We interpret

ERROR  - Residue 144 needed a sidechain flip for H-bond reasons.

ERROR  - Residue 150 is not happy about the way it contacts its 
ERROR    neighbour Lys.
ERROR  - Residue 202 is unhappy about the 10 degree inwards rotation
ERROR    WHAT IF gave it relative to the template.
ERROR  - Met 211 and Phe 213 both are unhappy about their environment.
ERROR    Asn 215 is not happy with its environment. I (GV) think it 
ERROR    would be happier between the C-terminus and Lys 205.
