REMARK The NNSSP-program was used sending email with the subject 
REMARK "nnssp" to the following address
REMARK service@bchs.uh.edu.
REMARK A multiple sequence alignment in the requested format was send, 
REMARK retrieved from the msf-alignment produced by a run of 
REMARK PredictProtein with a single sequence. This alignment was used 
REMARK as input for all other servers accepting multiple sequence 
REMARK alignments to make sure the results obtained are comparable.
