REMARK I would be remiss not to include this conformation.  It is
REMARK rated as energetically superior to conformation 1, but my
REMARK gut instinct says it's wrong.  The other difference between
REMARK these two conformations is that this conformation absolutely
REMARK obeys PhD secondary structure constraints while conformation
REMARK 1 was achieved by relaxing the PhD secondary structure
REMARK constraints by one residue on each side of each of the
REMARK 3 turns.
