REMARK
REMARK  MODELLER (Sali & Blundell, J.Mol.Biol. 234, 779-815, 1993) is a
REMARK  computer program for calculation of protein structure models
REMARK  by satisfaction of spatial restraints. In homology modeling, 
REMARK  restraints are extracted automatically from an alignment of the 
REMARK  target sequence with the template structures. Since more than 
REMARK  one template is generally used to extract the restraints, it 
REMARK  is not possible to say which parent structure each residue is based 
REMARK  on. The ASSIGN records report an approximation to the alignment 
REMARK  used as input to MODELLER. It is not reasonable to report the
REMARK  actual alignment because the formatting rules here are horrendous, 
REMARK  especially the apparent restriction that the whole PDB chain be 
REMARK  aligned with the target sequence.
