METHOD
SEQALN  First a multiple structural alignment of the templates
SEQALN  was carried out with a multiple sequence implementation of
SEQALN  the Taylor-Orengo algorithm ref.
SEQALN  (MULSTR, written by S Pickett, ICRF; (Pickett SD, Saqi MAS & 
SEQALN  Sternberg MJE 1992, J Mol Biol 228 170-187)
SEQALN  The target was fitted to this alignment using GDE and manual adjustment.
COREBD  Core regions chosen by inspection. The approach adopted here 
COREBD  was one of switching between templates depending on the similarity
COREBD  of the target to each of the templates. The backbone was modelled 
COREBD  with Quanta (Molecular Simulations Inc.
COREBD  Some residues indicated were built with the FRAGMENT-SEARCH 
COREBD  facililty in Quanta.
COREBD  Residues 159-162 were NOT-BUILT.
SIDEBD  The method of Leach was used for the automatic building all the 
SIDEBD  sidechains. (Leach A R 1994, J. Mol Biol 235, 345-56).
SIDEBD  The Leach algorithm used the LAVERY-ROTAMER library.
LOOPBD  Done using Quanta (Molecular Simulations Inc.)
ERROR   PROCHECK
MISCEL  Little or no visual inspection was used other than at the 
MISCEL  multiple alignment stage.
