REMARK ALL structures in the stage2 tarball were used.
METHOD Using pieces of 23000 proteins selected by statistical potentials for low backbone energies, 
METHOD an ensemble of 4000 compact full-length decoys was built as a source of segments for swapping.  
METHOD In the first round of a GA algorithm, turns only were forceably swapped into small random
METHOD subsets of models in the stage 2 tarball. In subsequent rounds, evolution was driven by
